1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items such as personal-use products (e.g., hygiene gear, perishables) may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons.

- Customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund after verification.
4. Refund Method
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Refunds will be issued as store credit, replacement, or direct bank transfer (upon request).
- No cash refunds are issued at the time of pickup/delivery.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards, clearance or final-sale items
